Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us — in plain language.

Last updated: July 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nuvari ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit nuvari.online or work with us. We're a South African business and handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We keep this simple and collect only what we need.

Information we collect

  • Details you give us. When you request a free mockup or contact us, we collect what you enter in the form: your business name, your name, email, phone number, trade, the areas you serve, and anything you add in the message fields. If you become a client, we also collect the content you supply for your website (business information, photos, text, logo).
  • Usage data.We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, general device type, country). We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and this data is not used to identify you.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and design your free mockup.
  • To provide and support your website if you become a client.
  • To improve this website and our services.

We don't send marketing newsletters, and we'll only contact you about your own inquiry or project.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run our business — website hosting, database hosting, and transactional email delivery. They process data only on our instructions, and some are located outside South Africa; where that's the case, we use providers with appropriate safeguards in place. We'll disclose information if the law requires it.

Data retention

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, and client information for as long as you're a client plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dylan@nuvari.onlineand we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied with how we handle your information, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Security

Form submissions are encrypted in transit, stored in an access-controlled database, and visible only to us.
